About the zero down home loan program

This is a zero down payment assistance program for a FHA Home Loan, where you home buyers can receive up to up to 3.5% of the purchase price in the form of a forgivable grant that covers the down payment. This program initially was only available to first responders and first-time home buyers but has now been opened up to anyone that is willing to help out in any way to their community.

Due to some of the Government cuts that we are seeing, we do recommend taking the steps to qualify ASAP.

Zero Down Payment Program Requirements

Minimum Fico credit score of 580 or higher

Must have reliable income (Employment, Retirement, or 1099)

Debt to income Ratio of 50% of less (We help calculate this for you)

Steps of the process

1. Go through Prescreen

Click on the blue Apply Now button. You will be taken to a short questionnaire. After it is complete you will be notified if you meet the requirements. If you are eligible, you will be sent a link to start the application

2. Complete Application

Once you complete the prescreen questionnaire and are eligible you will be taken to a page where you can click to start an application. You can also call to do it over the phone. We will then send you a pre-approval letter

3. Making offers on homes

Once you have a pre-approval letter you will know how much you are preapproved for and will be able to start making offers on homes. If you need help finding a relator, we can help with that as well. We are here to help every step of the way

4. Offer Accepted

Once your offer has been accepted, you or your realtor will send over the purchase agreement. We can start working on your home loan. The process takes roughly 30 days to complete, and you will be living in your new home!
